Why we have this policy

Each report is generated on demand using AI and requires significant compute resources. Because the report is created and delivered immediately upon payment, we are unable to offer refunds once generation has begun.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

• Your report was never delivered due to a technical failure on our end
• A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment processing error

To request an exception, contact us at contact.stackscan@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details.

Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We respond to all inquiries within 1 business day and will work to resolve any issue promptly.

Acceptance of terms

By using StackScan ("the Service") you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Nature of the service

StackScan provides AI-generated supplement analysis reports for informational purposes only. The content of any report does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your supplement regimen, especially if you take prescription medications or have a medical condition.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a report. By completing a purchase you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. StackScan does not store your card details. All prices are listed in USD. Each purchase grants you a single-use, non-transferable PDF report.

Promotions

StackScan has no active promotions at this time. Any future promotional offers will be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of the promotion. Promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively.

Intellectual property

Reports generated by StackScan are for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish report content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

StackScan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StackScan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on report content.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

What we collect

When you use StackScan we may collect:

• Your email address (provided voluntarily to receive your report)
• The supplement stack and optional profile information you enter
• Payment information — processed by Stripe, never stored by us
• Basic usage data via standard server logs

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to generate and deliver your report. We do not sell, share, or market your personal information to third parties. Supplement and profile data is discarded after your report is delivered.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate StackScan:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Anthropic — AI report generation
• Resend — email delivery

Each service has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.

Data retention

Email addresses are retained only as long as necessary to deliver your report. We do not maintain a marketing list or send unsolicited emails.

Your rights

You may request deletion of any personal data we hold by contacting us at contact.stackscan@gmail.com. We will respond within 7 days.
